Located in the heart of Vail Village, this museum celebrates the history and evolution of skiing and snowboarding in Colorado. The museum was founded in 1976 and features exhibits highlighting legendary athletes, the rise of Colorado ski resorts, and the impact of the 10th Mountain Division on the sport.
Visitors to the museum can explore artifacts, Olympic memorabilia, historic ski gear, and interactive exhibits that tell the story of how Vail grew from a remote mountain valley into one of the most famous ski destinations in the world.
Best of all, admission is free, making it one of the easiest stops in town.

The space includes several themed rooms and experiences, making it feel more like an entertainment venue than a traditional bar.
